Dating back to the early eighteenth century, this Amalfi luxury villa has been fully restored while conserving some of its old traits. With its majestic barrel vaults, the residence used to be a lookout tower, hence its prime position and spectacular views. Its restorations have turned it into an elegant, romantic and spacious residence.
The interiors of the Amalfi Panoramic Villa feature a large lounge area with sofas (which may be turned into beds), a satellite TV and a balcony with panoramic views over the sea. The living area also features its own bathroom with a washing machine.
The mezzanine floor is composed of a kitchen area with a dining table seating 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, including stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettles, fridge/freezer, blender, grill, dishwasher, coffee machine and utensils.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, the Amalfi Panoramic Villa is composed of four double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The first double bedroom, situated in the former ancient chapel, is beautifully decorated with pastel colours and features a satellite TV, a safe and a wonderful balcony with a panoramic terrace facing the sea. It also features its own adjoining bathroom. The second double bedroom may also be turned into two single beds upon request and has been named “Limoneto” meaning lemon grove because of its window overlooking the beautiful lemon garden. It also features its own bathroom, dressing room, TV, mini fridge and safe. One of the more unique bedrooms is located right at the top of the Amalfi Panoramic Villa. Featuring an extra large king size bed, it is particularly notable for its series of portholes overlooking the sea. The room overlooks an ancient barrel vault of the 18th century and features its own bathroom, TV, mini fridge and safe. The final bedroom is set slightly independently from the others and can be accessed through a panoramic terrace. With its French window overlooking the sea, the bedroom also includes a bathroom, TV, mini fridge, kettle and safe. Its exclusive terrace is furnished with a seating area for guests to enjoy the panorama.
The Amalfi Panoramic Villa is surrounded by a charming lemon grove. Guests will also find a wellness area with two recently added Jacuzzis, a fully equipped gym and sun loungers benefitting from the spectacular view. An electric barbecue is also at guests’ disposal for grilled meals on the terrace. The main terrace indeed overlooks the sea and is furnished with comfortable seats and a dining table
The property is accessed by going up the steps from the road running along the coast.
Wi-fi is included throughout the villa and the garden, as well as air conditioning and heating. A four hour daily cleaning service is also provided and linen is changed once during the week. Reserved parking may also be arranged upon request for an extra fee
Outdoor activities may also be organised upon request, such as waterskiing, kayak or surf rentals, and private boat tours amongst many others. Guests may also request a chef for breakfast or dinner.
Situated on the splendid Amalfi coast only 2km from the town of Amalfi, the Villa overlooks the bay of Salerno. 400m from the Villa, guests will find the renowned Santa Croce Beach easily accessible by going down the steps from the main road. As well as its sheer natural beauty, the beach features a restaurant for you to enjoy a pleasant meal with a view. Another beach near the villa is Duoglio beach, where guests will find beach facilities. The famous town of Amalfi is also definitely worth a visit. With its rugged cliffs, it was founded by the Roans and became the oldest Italian Maritime Republic. Sip on a local lemonade and enjoy the panorama, but don’t forget to visit the spectacular Amalfi Cathedral with its Arab-Sicilian Style. The vertical city of Positano, known as the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, is also just a short 15km drive away and should be on your to do list.
