Accommodating up to 4 guests in two luxury suites, the Amalfi Luxury Retreat stretches out over two main floors and displays meticulously designed interiors. The pearl white walls combined with stone and wooden areas create a unique atmosphere.
The dining area is notable for its large antique table, high ceilings and design decor. It also features useful equipment such as a coffee machine, ice machine, and crockery. A bathroom also neighbors the dining room. The Villa’s traditional kitchen features handmade ovens and is decorated with beautiful patterned tiles. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a modern oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and all necessary utensils.
Downstairs, guests will find the suites. Just a few steps down from the dining room is the master bedroom. With its parquet floors, beamed ceiling and stone façade, it features a grand king size bed, fireplace and sitting area. It has been carefully decorated with great attention to detail, its white walls beautifully contrasting with the stone. A unique feature of this room is its sliding bed which uncovers a square whirlpool tub for guests to relax. The master bedroom also features its en suite bathroom with a modern shower and design toilet. Furthermore, it directly accesses a terrace overlooking the sea.
The second bedroom accesses this same terraces with stunning views of the the Bay of Capo of Conca and La Torre Saracena. Guests may access this bedroom independently, down a few steps from the main entrance. The suite features a queen size bed, vaulted ceilings and several potted plants, creating a fresh atmosphere. Its luxurious en suite bathroom also features a square modern whirlpool tub and a handmade marble pillow shaped sink.
Several terrace areas can be found at the front of the property to make the most of the Villa’s spectacular dominant position over the Mediterranean Sea. From these viewpoints, guests may admire the panorama and gaze at the Capo of Conca Bay, Li Galli islands and The Faraglioni in the distance. From the ground floor, guests may access a furnished patio area with a large barbecue, sofa and deckchairs. The spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding nature are hard to beat. Indeed, the house is surrounded by abundant nature including olive trees, oaks, fig trees, prickly pears, jasmine and fruit trees, creating an oasis of peace.
Guests access the house through a charming stone path adorned with a wooden garden archway with climbing plants. A parking spot is also reserved to guests at the entrance of the property.
The Villa includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi access and a smart TV. Additional services include a traditional breakfast, a stocked minibar, complimentary toiletries, daily a cleaning service and a change of linen twice a week. Upon request, the owner may organise car, boat, motorbike or electric bike rentals at extra cost. Guests may also benefit from a private chef, agricultural tours of the surrounding estate, cooking classes, massages at extra cost.
Located on the edge of a cliff between the towns of Amalfi and Positano, the Amalfi Luxury Retreat benefits from a private and isolated location while still being very close to key attractions. Indeed, the Villa is just a half hour walk or 5min drive from the centre of Conca dei Marini. This seaside town is full of delicious local restaurants, beaches and churches. The Lido Capo di Conca with its restaurant, bar and beach is definitely worth a visit. The Villa is also just 350m away from the Grotta dello Smeraldo, a spectacular cave with stalactites, stalagmites and turquoise waters.
Furthermore, the world renowned town of Amalfi is under a 15min drive away from the Villa. The heart of the coast, it was the oldest Italian Maritime Republic and is home to some splendid Arab-Sicilian architecture.
The enchanting town of Positano is also definitely worth visiting, located just under a half hour drive away. This vertical city is made up of colorful houses clinging on to the edge of the cliff, making it a true paradise. Its beaches, delicious restaurants watchtowers and churches also make this town a must visit.
