Massa Lubrense Super Panoramic Villa | Amalfi Coast
“In the comfort of their own piece of lush paradise, guests at this luxury villa will be blown away by unparalleled views over Ischia and Capri. Situated between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi coast, this property provides a beautiful residence in one of the most stunning corners of Italy”.
This luxury Amalfi Coast Panoramic Villa, which offers spectacular views onto the Tyrrhenian Sea, is of a tasteful, contemporary style. One senses the building’s rich history, with its central structure dating back to the 18th Century. Yet this property still very much has a timeless feel to it. Whitewashed walls are matched with a mixture of colourful antique and modern furnishings, all of which offer a light, vibrant quality to the interior.
The Amalfi Coast Panoramic Villa spreads over three floors. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen is a particular highlight. It strikes the perfect balance between elegant tradition and modern comfort. Classic majolica tiles are matched with the most up-to-date kitchen equipment and bright bursts of yellow and blue: it has a truly contemporary, mediterranean feel to it. The kitchen also boasts a large dining table, sitting up to twelve people. The additional adjacent dining room, decorated with antique wooden furniture, allows for ample possibilities for entertaining guests. A sizeable living area, boasting a functioning statement fireplace, is also located on the ground floor. The room fills with natural light during the day, thanks to the large window doors which open out onto the terrace. The villa’s second living area is located on the first floor. It is equipped with comfortable sofas and a satellite television. This will undoubtedly has to compete for attention, given the captivating views over Capri which this living room also provides.
The villa is able to sleep up to eleven people. It has five tastefully decorated bedrooms. All five bedrooms have their own private bathroom, each decorated with bold handmade majolica tiles. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first is equipped with a king size bed, the second with one queen size bed and one single bed, and the third with two single beds. The fourth bedroom is found in the villa’s spacious attic. It has a queen size bed and access to a covered terrace with panoramic coastal views. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed.
The Amalfi Coast Panoramic Villa has a lush, colourful outdoor area, covering 2000 sqm. It is threaded with pretty stone walkways, which are lined with lemon trees and bougainvillea. The focal point is undoubtedly the grand antique bathtub, which has been converted into a heated jacuzzi pool (open from mid May until end of September. Outside these dates, the pool can be opened on request for an extra charge). From here, guests may leisurely enjoy unparalleled views of Capri and Ischia. For those feeling a bit more active, the villa has a football and ping pong table. The garden also includes a small vegetable garden, which visitors are welcome to make use of. Perhaps it will make a contribution to a light lunch, which can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace. The terrace’s ivy-decked pergola provides a welcome shelter from the hot midday sun.
2 cars are allowed access to the property.
The villa is located in the Province of Naples, in between the Sorrento peninsula and the iconic Amalfi Coast. This area is a particularly popular tourist destination, and for good reason. The Amalfi Coast’s stunning natural beauty has rightfully earned it a place within UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. The villa’s particular location is ideal, as it allows for much of this stunning landscape to be accessed by foot. At just a twenty minute walk, guests can reach the idyllic Cala di Mitigliano: a natural secluded cove, into which is nestled a small beach with clear turquoise-blue waters. A thirty minute walk can also bring you to Mount San Costanzo, the highest point of the peninsula. Here visitors enjoy captivating panoramic views over the landscape.
We suggest to rent a car of small/medium size because the streets and the roads are quite narrow in the whole area.
